Ok. I'm going to suggest a society descended from Australian Aboriginal colonists on Kruchina. Since the United Nations War they have returned to a very traditional aboriginal way of life. Mostly nomadic, though there are some permanent settlements. These settlements have some Victorian-era technology, though the more conservative inhabitants frown upon this. Lutheran missionaries didn't have much luck here, but some Christian roots from Australia have remained - Aboriginal Christianity on Venus having its roots in the Uniting Church

Kruchina is closely associated with nearby Bell, which was colonised by the westernised Australian government, who in turn are closely associated with Tellus, due to Australia's historical colonial ties to Britain.
